Easter break: Land Art in Larsen’s garden

Tid: April 10 and 11, 11 AM til 3 PM
Sted: The Johannes Larsen Museum

Take part in a land-art workshop in the museum garden.

Teaching about the crossover between art and nature is among the foremost goals of the Johannes Larsen Museum. Starting at Alfio Bonanno’s impressive, monumental land art pieces, Nest (2016) and Birds’ Nest Tower (2016), you are invited to take part in a land-art workshop in the museum garden.

Bonanno starts his artistic process by drawing different idea sketches, after which he builds his sculptures in natural materials. We will start by looking at Bonanno’s sketches, then we will sketch a common idea, which we will then build in the garden.

The workshop will be held by the Swan Mill, in the garden.
