Family Workshop: Bird kites

Tid: Sunday, August 27, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sted: The Johannes Larsen Museum

Get inspired by Johannes Larsen’s birds and then build your own kite.

Birds were Johannes Larsen’s favorite motif. We will look at some of his many lovely drawings and paintings that hang in the museum, and draw sketches.

In the workshop, we will build kites and paint bird motifs on them. If the weather is right, we will end the workshop by test-flying our kites on the beach.

Practical info:

The museum will provide materials and instruction.

Reservations are not necessary. Participation is free of charge, once a ticket to the museum has been purchased. (Children under 18 are always free.)
