Do you feel like doing yoga with a view of green and lovely surroundings? Shift into low gear with an easy and simple yoga program for beginners and experienced alike.
With a mix of breathing exercises, hatha, vinyasa, yin yoga and relaxation, we will exercise the whole body. After an hour of yoga in Larsen’s garden, you’ll feel strengthened, stretched and relaxed.
The class is for both children and adults, and will be adapted to the participants.
Time: Tuesdays during the summer as follows:

Duration: ca. one hour.
Price: Includes a little snack. 95 kr. for adults, 50 kr. for children under 18.
Practical info: Bring a yoga mat, towel optional.
